Done a trip from Koh Chang to Ocean Marina Pattaya and that was a nice trip. I left Koh Chang at 1900 hours and through the night for breakfast in Koh Simet. Great place Koh Simet, and lazed around and left next morning for the sail up to Pattaya, which took just under twelve hours. Through the Rayong industrial base with lots of ships at bay. The country around Sattahip was spectacular and am convinced that when the navy sells this land, it will be the most expensive in Asia.

That sounds fantastic Adrian. Sailing through the night, there is plenty of floating markers that would be hard to spot? What sort of vessel were you sailing on?
