Planning to come to Pattaya next month during the rainy season. Is it possible to just go to a marina there in the morning and get a sailing boat and a captain for a daytrip on the same day? Don't want the trip to be ruined by bad weather? And what is the price for a decent sized boat with captain for a day? I will be going with 2-3 mates.
