Is the Ocean Marina a yacht club? I have been looking for details of the Commodore and the rest of the structure, but can find nothing.

not really ben, it is part of a major real estate development where they have the ocean marina development, i believe. there are two towers of condos which there is a yacht club type facility in the original tower.
